  1.                                DISBURSEMENT HELP
  2. In the (M)ake and (E)dit modes:
  3.   -> Category: the general category into which this disbursement falls - for
  4.        a listing, press F1 when cursor is at the Category item.
  5.   -> Payee: the name of the person whom you paid or whom you still owe for the
  6.        disbursement.
  7.   -> Check Number: the number on the check (if any) with which you have made
  8.        this disbursement.
  9.   -> To prevent a portion of a description from appearing on the bill, enclose
  10.        that portion in curly brackets,"{}".
  11.   -> To prevent EVERYTHING (except the amount of the expense) from appearing
  12.        on a bill, begin the description with an asterisk, "*".
  13. In the (H)unt mode:
  14.   -> The more hunt gates are filled in, the more descriminating the hunt.
  15.   -> Be sure that gates B and C are set for the proper range of dates to be
  16.        covered by the hunt.
  17.   -> If you want BillPower to report only those disbursements which are for
  18.        cases in a certain Area of Business range, set gates D & E accordingly;
  19.        set gates F and G if you want only certain categories of disbursements
  20.        to be reported.
  21.   -> If you want transactions other than disbursements to be included in the
  22.        hunt, set gates L to P accordingly.
  23.   -> Select the type of report you want to see by setting gate Q accordingly.
  24.   -> Press ALT-P to send report to printer.  ALT-F sends it to TEXT.MX file.
